Adam Jafferji Ceramics
Private commissions are undertaken.
If you like my style of work and wish to commission a custom piece, then please do contact me using the details provided to discuss your idea.
My process usually begins with a talk to establish some preliminary details such as shape, size and colouring, after which I can provide you with some indication of what the final piece could look like in the form of sketches and test tiles. After finalising the design I can begin to sculpt. Once this stage is completed, it is left to dry before bisque firing. Any final decisions on glazing can be made before glaze firing at a higher temperature.
In order to ensure that your vision is realised as accurately as possible, I feel it is important to keep the commissioner of an artwork as involved in my creative process as possible with updates and the opportunity for feedback at every stage of construction.
